• I have a question about my media invoice, who do I contact?
  Please contact your Sacramento Favorites rep directly. If you are unsure, email our support team: Support@sacramentofavorites.com. This is the fastest way to resolve any questions.
   

• I chose PayPal to pay for my materials, why does it say NERUS Strategies, LLC?
  NERUS Strategies is the authorized representative, via PayPal for your Sacramento Favorites schedule.
   

• We usually trade for our media time, I don't see that in your order form.
  Sacramento Favorites is a paid advertising program. We do not trade for any of these products.
   

• I ordered merchandise, when will it arrive?
  Please allow at least 7-10 business days for the creation of your custom order and shipping. You will receive "staging" emails as your order is processed through each stage.
