Welcome to Sacramento Favorites

We live, shop, eat, and play in beautiful Sacramento and we wouldn’t have it any other way. In celebration of our great communities, The Sacramento Bee is bringing back Sacramento Favorites. This contest is truly designed to engage the community in celebrating the places, restaurants, and local businesses we love.

In 2024, over 4,600 businesses, organizations, and individuals competed for the top three spots across 278 categories, underscoring the dynamic and diverse nature of Sacramento’s thriving community. A contest of this scale requires a dedicated local team and the support of committed businesses. Together with our advertisers, they have made this endeavor possible.
